Hanging lamps. The lighted lamps are only reflections as seen on the glass separating the lighted lamps from the closed, unlighted ones. I was having dinner at an all-American Restaurant (Burgoo) when I noticed this. I thought it was cool. Glad to have my camera with me at that time. I actually brought along my camera with me to look for good stills to capture and bingo! There it was and then called it a night.
